Job Description:

As an Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care by administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. You will work closely with a team of CRNAs, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Position :
- 550-650K Annually (No call or call options)
- 1099 or w2 package available
- Cases include GI, Ortho, Podiatry,ENT, General, GYN, etc
- This role is for the OR only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversight/Supervision/Collaboration
• Oversee/Collaborate on anesthesia services provided by CRNAs.
• Provide medical direction if needed, ensuring adherence to care standards.
2. Preoperative Assessment/Regional Anesthesia
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess risks and develop anesthesia care plans. Be proficient in performing appropriate regional anesthesia for the appropriate surgery
3. Intraoperative and Postoperative Care
• Be readily available during surgery to provide consultation or take over care if necessary.
• Participate in post-anesthesia patient management if needed.
4. Team Leadership
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the anesthesia team and surgical staff.
• Ensure protocols and policies are followed.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Oklahoma or the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
