Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a CRNA, you will be an integral part of the anesthesia care team, providing high-quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. You will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to ensure exceptional care throughout the peri-operative process.
Position:
- $280K-$340K Annually (No call or call options)
- 1099 or W2 package available
- 6-8 weeks of vacation
- Cases include GI, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, General, Urology, and OB/GYN
- This role is for the OR only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments to evaluate patients’ medical histories and determine the best anesthesia plan.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond appropriately during anesthesia administration.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid RN and APRN licenses in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
