Who we are

Integral Anesthesia, LLC ("Integral," "we," "us") provides anesthesia services and revenue cycle management for hospitals in northeast Oklahoma. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the health information we receive while caring for patients. That information is protected by HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, call a number listed here, request a proposal, or apply for a job, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, message, and any resume or application details.

Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, does not load tracking pixels, and does not run third-party scripts. Our fonts and images are served from our own site.

Website messages and email are not the right place for medical information, insurance numbers, or account details. For questions about a bill, call our billing team at 844-565-6471 or 866-909-3109 (español), Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Paying your bill online

Online bill payment is provided through a third-party billing portal at patientnotebook.com. When you leave our site to pay, that portal's own privacy policy and terms apply. This website does not collect or store payment card information.

How we share information

How long we keep information
